Sales & Marketing Manager – Kigali

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation in Kigali. The successful candidate will design and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives, oversee both digital and traditional campaigns, and manage a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s overall marketing strategy.
• Design sales and marketing plans to meet business growth and revenue targets.
• Lead brand management, corporate communications, and public‑relations activities.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, website, and online advertising campaigns.
• Plan and execute promotional and advertising initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer and market trends.
• Build strategic partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in marketing or sales.
• Proven track record in strategic marketing, digital marketing and brand management.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Professional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
