Remote Telesales Agent

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Telesales Agent to join a logistics and fulfillment client’s Customer Engagement Services (CES) team. The role involves contacting leads, presenting services and converting conversations into sales while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ calls daily and generate at least 30 new leads.
• Contact assigned leads, present products and close sales.
• Handle objections, follow up consistently and maintain a minimum 50% confirmation rate.
• Update CRM or spreadsheets after each call and submit daily reports.
• Escalate any customer or order issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, call centre, telemarketing, customer service or inside sales is an advantage.
• Strong spoken English, confident telephone manner and good objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and power backup.
• Results‑driven, responsible and consistent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Good spreadsheet (e.g., Excel) skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
