Property Manager

About the role

Nextline Homes is looking for a full‑time remote Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental properties within its technology‑driven ecosystem. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants and owners, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenant communications, inquiries, move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Coordinate maintenance and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor rent collection, lease compliance, and generate performance reports for property owners.
• Maintain accurate listings and ensure compliance with housing regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform tools and processes.

Required profile

• Experience with lease administration, rent collection, and maintenance coordination.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, able to handle multiple properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of housing regulations and best practices in rental management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to evolving tools.
