Owner – Strategic Leadership for Financial Services

About the role

The Owner will provide strategic leadership, set long‑term business objectives, and guide the overall vision and growth of DSP GIFT City. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees investment strategy, operations, risk management, and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term business strategy and growth plans.
• Oversee investment strategy, operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Build and nurture partnerships with regulators, institutional clients, and service providers.
• Identify new market opportunities, especially in global and India‑focused investment segments.
• Lead senior teams, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and high performance.

Required profile

• Strong leadership experience in asset management, investment banking, or financial services with a proven track record of strategic growth.
• Deep understanding of global markets, cross‑border investing, and India‑focused investment strategies.
• Experience in governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management within a regulated financial environment.
• Advanced analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging regulators and institutional investors.
