Mid-Level Architect – Creative Design

About the role

E-nnovate Consulting Ltd. is looking for creative mid‑level architects to join its multidisciplinary team delivering architectural, structural and MEP solutions across Lagos, Abuja and Kigali. The role involves designing, documenting and visualising projects while collaborating with engineers and interior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and detailed construction documents.
• Create AutoCAD drawings and Revit models for project execution.
• Produce high‑quality visualisations and renderings using D5 Render, Lumion or 3ds Max.
• Prepare presentation packages with Adobe Suite tools.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent and coordination.
• Support renovation, retrofit and new construction projects from concept to delivery.

Required profile

• Creative and design‑oriented with a strong eye for detail.
• Technically sound in architectural detailing.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Passionate about innovative and functional architecture.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of post‑graduation experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
