Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team on a contract basis. You will own the end‑to‑end paid‑search strategy, building and scaling campaigns that generate qualified leads while maximising ROAS and reducing CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube and Performance Max.
• Conduct deep keyword research, craft compelling ad copy and manage bidding strategies, including A/B testing.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into Google Analytics 4.
• Produce clear, data‑backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic and revenue for internal stakeholders.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI across multiple accounts.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads Certification (highly preferred).
• Expert proficiency with Google Ads Editor, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and implement actionable optimisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and proven ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
