About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Global Procurement Senior Associate to lead procurement excellence across multiple country teams. The role ensures timely, cost‑effective delivery of high‑quality goods and services while maintaining strict compliance and risk controls.

Key responsibilities

• Drive procurement execution excellence across markets, delivering cost‑competitive, high‑quality goods and services.
• Ensure operational performance of country procurement teams, including on‑time delivery, supplier performance and payment efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen negotiation capability and value‑driven sourcing.
• Manage and coach country procurement leads, fostering strong execution, compliance and customer service.
• Build team capability through training, coaching and professional development.
• Promote a culture of compliance, internal controls and ethical procurement practices.
• Mitigate supply and contract risks through effective supplier management and proactive monitoring.
• Contribute to procurement strategy development and lead cross‑market strategic sourcing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in a multi‑country environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical and risk‑management skills.
