About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt, friendly assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support in both French and English, answering a wide range of customer inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and efficiently, offering clear solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact centre.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
