About the role

We are seeking a French‑English bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and organized work style.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
