F&B Service Expert

About the role

Join Marriott International as an F&B Service Expert in Kigali, where you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be part of a team that delivers high‑quality food and beverage service while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Handle transactions and billing as part of the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance) and work on varied surfaces.
