About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic leadership for KYNOJAV LAW FIRM, overseeing daily operations and ensuring that the firm’s objectives align with its mission and values. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Gasabo District and reports directly to the firm’s partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and growth strategies.
• Guide financial and operational decision‑making, manage budgets, and monitor performance metrics.
• Supervise administrative functions to support legal teams and ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm in external meetings and partnerships.
• Foster a collaborative workplace culture and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and client service.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Experience in administrative assistance, office administration, and customer service within a professional services environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership experience in a law firm or similar professional services setting.
• Strategic planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Ability to manage teams, handle confidential information responsibly, and work on‑site in Gasabo District.
