About the role

Join Vivo Energy Rwanda’s Young Talent Program, a 12‑month development journey designed for recent graduates eager to launch a career in the energy sector. Participants will rotate through key departments, receive mentorship, and take on real responsibilities from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Work on projects within your assigned department (Finance, Retail, Commercial, Supply & Distribution, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, Health & Safety, Marketing & Communication).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on sustainable growth initiatives.
• Apply classroom knowledge to real‑world challenges and deliver measurable results.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (or up to 1 year post‑graduation).
• Degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Logistics, Engineering, IT, Law, or related disciplines.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for the energy sector and sustainable development.
