About the role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure efficient inventory handling in Rwanda.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and staff supervision
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of stock movements
- Implement warehouse safety and security procedures
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Prepare warehouse reports and operational updates
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Rwanda labor and safety regulations
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse management experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Experience in team leadership and warehouse operations
- Good communication and organizational skills
