About the role
The company is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular physical counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Enforce the “No Document, No Movement” policy for all stock movements.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Production, Finance, and HR departments.
- Monitor loading/unloading activities and ensure safe handling of goods.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
Required profile
- Dedicated, hardworking, and well‑mannered individual.
- Ability to supervise staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
