About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging multimedia content across all social platforms while fostering an active community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts for maximum engagement.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture community interaction.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytical reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing managed accounts and produced content.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling ability.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a stable power supply (inverter, generator, or solar).
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Basic graphic design capabilities.
