Social Media Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Kigali City. You will be responsible for producing engaging graphics, short videos and copy that showcase our printing and branding services across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and publish daily content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create graphics and short‑form videos using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Write compelling captions and schedule posts with a content calendar.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with designers, sales and management to align content with promotions and client projects.

Required profile

• Strong written communication and ability to craft engaging social media copy.
• Experience in social media content creation, preferably within printing, branding or creative industries.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kigali, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
