Senior Construction Site Manager

About the role

The Senior Construction Site Manager will lead the execution of civil construction projects, ensuring that all work is planned, coordinated and controlled in line with safety, environmental, quality and legal standards. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role guarantees timely delivery while maximising economic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise all on‑site activities, allocating human and material resources efficiently.
• Monitor compliance with safety, environmental, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Control project budgets, schedules and performance indicators to meet defined targets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Provide regular progress reports and risk assessments to the Project Manager.
• Support mobility and adapt to different project locations as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in civil construction project management.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and results‑oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
