Sales Representative – Integrated Commercial Solutions

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive growth for Integrated Commercial Solutions by promoting company products to pharmacies and retail outlets. You will be responsible for acquiring new business, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring product availability across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and position company products to pharmacies and retail outlets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Visit assigned pharmacies according to the call plan and maintain regular engagement.
• Provide product knowledge, promotional materials, and basic training to pharmacy staff.
• Monitor product availability, visibility, and optimal stock levels at the pharmacy level.
• Execute marketing campaigns and trade promotions in line with brand strategy.
• Collect market intelligence and share feedback on competitor activity, pricing, and customer trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and support credit control efforts with the finance team.
• Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong interest in sales with proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
