Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, turning questions into positive experiences while working from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
