Part‑Time Teaching Staff – Water Engineering

About the role

The Institut d’Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri (INES Ruhengeri) is seeking a part‑time teaching staff member for the Water Engineering discipline for the academic year 2025‑2026. The position involves delivering lectures and practical sessions on scheduled day and weekend periods at the Musanze campus in Northern Province, Rwanda. Candidates with a PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant field, who can contribute to research and publication activities, are encouraged to apply. The appointment is part of a broader recruitment covering multiple departments such as Law, Computer Science, Renewable Energy Engineering and others, all accredited by the Ministry of Education. Required profile

• Hold a PhD or Master’s degree in Water Engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the higher‑education level is an advantage.

• Record of research and publications is desirable.
• Availability to teach during assigned day and weekend sessions.
