Part‑Time Lecturer – Information Sciences & Library Management

About the role

The Institut d’Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri (INES Ruhengeri), a Ministry‑accredited higher‑education institution in Musanze, Northern Province, Rwanda, invites qualified candidates to join as a part‑time lecturer in the Department of Information Sciences and Library Management for the 2025‑2026 academic year. The role involves delivering lectures, supervising projects, and engaging with students during scheduled day and weekend sessions on campus. Both local and international applicants are welcome.

Required profile

• A PhD or Master’s degree in Information Sciences, Library Management or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the higher‑education level (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and effective classroom management.
• A record of research and publications is desirable.
• Availability to teach during assigned day and weekend periods.
