HR Social Control & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The HR Social Control & Reporting Specialist ensures high‑quality, reliable HR data across the Group’s systems and supports decision‑making through accurate reporting and dashboarding. Based in Kigali, the role works within the shared service centre to consolidate workforce data, monitor employee‑benefits billing and drive automation of reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HR data quality and governance across systems (A'Community, Enablon, SESAME) by defining standards, performing regular checks and acting as the data reference point.
• Consolidate workforce data from all Group entities and produce monthly, quarterly and annual social/workforce reports.
• Design, generate and maintain standard and ad‑hoc HR reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Validate and reconcile billing processes for healthcare, insurance and pension plans, identifying discrepancies and coordinating corrections.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects, contributing to process standardisation, automation and tool optimisation.
• Collaborate with local HR teams, Finance and external providers, providing training and support on reporting tools and data interpretation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR data management, quality assurance and reporting.
• Ability to consolidate large data sets and analyse key HR indicators such as headcount, turnover and labor costs.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills, working with HR, Finance and external service providers.
