About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build confidence in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across phone calls and live‑chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to maintain a seamless service history.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and communicate clearly with remote teammates.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.

Required skills

• Experience with customer‑support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
