French-English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, handling inbound calls, live-chat and email inquiries while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support in French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective resolutions with a customer-first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
