Finance Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Finance Senior Associate to support its business services and finance operations in Kigali. The role will act as a key liaison between finance, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, reconciliations and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and process supplier invoices in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Reconcile monthly supplier balances, prepare ageing reports and obtain sign‑off from the Finance Manager.
• Enforce supplier onboarding policies and conduct refresher sessions on Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes.
• Prepare operating statements, accruals, pre‑payments and detailed commentary for regional reporting.
• Support balance‑sheet reporting, payroll processing and statutory audit schedules.
• Act as finance business partner for WIP adjustments, billing, collections and timesheet management.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in finance, accounts payable or related functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; CPA/ACCA qualification is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with procurement, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Oracle (ERP) for invoice processing and purchase order approval.
• Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools for reporting and budgeting.
