Electrician – Maintenance & Operations

About the role

The Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) seeks a qualified Electrician to ensure the safe and efficient operation of its properties and facilities. The role involves performing installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electrical systems while complying with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment across RSSB facilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and failures.
• Maintain generators, circuit breakers, and related power distribution components.
• Interpret technical diagrams and schematics for accurate work execution.
• Support the Lead Maintenance and other maintenance teams in preventive and corrective tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma (A1) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or an A2 qualification with at least five years of relevant experience.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in electrical maintenance or installation.
• Demonstrated integrity, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and professionalism.
