Egocentric Video Data Collector

About the role

We are seeking self‑motivated individuals to capture first‑person video footage of everyday activities. The recordings will be used to train next‑generation artificial‑intelligence models and humanoid robots. You will wear a head‑mounted smartphone or smart glasses while performing routine tasks in your own environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record high‑quality POV video of daily tasks such as cleaning, organizing, or other routine activities.
• Wear the provided head strap or smart glasses to ensure hands and objects are clearly visible.
• Follow strict recording specifications, including stable lighting, landscape orientation, required resolution and frame rate, and proper camera angles.
• Upload raw, unedited video files and complete short metadata forms on the project portal within the agreed timeframe.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and re‑record clips if they do not meet framing or duration requirements.

Required profile

• Access to a modern smartphone capable of 1080p video at 30 or 60 FPS.
• Suitable residential or workspace environment where recordings can be made.
• Strong attention to detail to keep hands visible, avoid mirrors or reflections, and maintain steady framing.
• Privacy‑conscious: ensure no faces of other people, personal documents, or sensitive data are captured.
• Self‑starter able to commit 4–20 hours of usable footage over the project timeline.
