Digital Marketing Fellow – Full‑Time Entry Level

About the role

Renew Capital is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Fellow to join its pan‑African investment team. This full‑time, entry‑level fellowship offers hands‑on experience developing and executing data‑driven digital campaigns that raise brand awareness across Africa and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies to boost website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage SEO, email marketing, HubSpot, paid media, and content marketing channels.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity, and Claude to accelerate content production and audience research.
• Assist with performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Conduct SEO audits, optimise website UX, and analyse performance with Google Analytics and heat‑mapping tools.
• Develop and schedule social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and emerging platforms while maintaining brand voice.
• Collaborate with the Media Co team to produce blogs, reports, videos and infographics.
• Track, measure and report campaign metrics, providing data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Recent U.S. college graduate with a passion for digital marketing and AI‑enhanced workflows.
• Demonstrated experience through internships, freelance projects, campus initiatives or personal brand building.
• Data‑oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written communication and ability to adapt tone to a professional investment audience.
