Data, Economic & Impact Analyst

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role will focus on data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment and results reporting to strengthen the African space ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analysis to inform programme decisions.
• Perform monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) activities, including quantitative and qualitative assessments.
• Synthesize evidence and compile indicators for impact measurement.
• Prepare dashboards, performance reports and results summaries for stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in data/economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year experience in MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including dashboard creation.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
