Construction Site Storekeeper & Administrator

About the role

The Construction Site Storekeeper / Site Administrator is responsible for managing all on‑site materials, tools, records and attendance for Infinite’s Rwanda projects. The role ensures 100% inventory accuracy, impeccable store housekeeping, and seamless administrative support to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Record every material delivery, verify quantities against purchase orders, generate Goods‑Received Notes and enter data into the ERP system on the day of receipt.
• Store materials safely using clear labelling, segregation, FIFO and 5S standards.
• Issue and log daily withdrawals of materials, consumables, tools and plant with authorised requisition signatures.
• Monitor stock levels continuously, raise replenishment requests and conduct weekly/monthly cycle counts.
• Maintain store housekeeping, safety signage, MSDS accessibility and RFID/lock‑and‑key security for high‑value items.
• Update and audit the asset register for tools, equipment and PPE, flagging calibration or replacement dates.
• Log daily workforce attendance via digital check‑in apps and compile timesheets for payroll.
• Control site access lists, issue visitor badges and ensure safety inductions are completed.
• Administer site office functions, petty‑cash disbursement, stationery inventory and meeting coordination.
• Generate daily/weekly dashboards summarising inventory movements, consumption rates and attendance metrics for site management.
