CAD Designer 2

About the role

This position aligns customer requests with production capabilities, delivering technical design data for lean manufacturing of small to medium projects. The role also supports production departments and project teams as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to the quality management system requirements and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide 2D and 3D design data to ensure product manufacturability.
• Clarify technical requests from internal and external customers.
• Support production departments on industrial engineering topics.
• Assess and refine project requests to streamline production.
• Assist operations projects and act as the central point of contact for technical capabilities and design issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Technical degree (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of computer‑aided design experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with engineering design tools and methods.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
