Recruitment Officer – Full Cycle Recruiter

About the role

The Recruitment Officer will support Africa Global Logistics Rwanda’s AGL Expertise Center by managing the full recruitment cycle for internal and client entities. You will ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience while maintaining high data quality and adhering to defined recruitment standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recruitment activities from application management to selection support in line with validated job requirements.
• Screen CVs using predefined criteria and produce clear screening summaries.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls to assess motivation, skills, availability and mobility, documenting outcomes in the ATS.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, provide timely updates and communicate professionally throughout the process.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment execution, including interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination and process tracking.
• Ensure recruitment data accuracy and contribute to reliable reporting.
• Apply recruitment processes consistently and flag any issues or risks.
• Deliver recruitment workshops and ATS training to strengthen recruiter capabilities across the AGL Expertise Center.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition support.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment coordination and candidate assessment.
• Comfort working in an international, multi‑country environment; experience in such contexts is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
