Junior Business Analyst – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join the Real Estate Business Development team at the Rwanda Social Security Board. The successful candidate will support the identification and execution of strategic real‑estate investment opportunities that enhance the Board’s portfolio and contribute to the sustainability of Rwanda’s social security system. You will work closely with senior analysts and cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into actionable investment strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for potential real‑estate projects.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment returns.
• Perform investment analysis and prepare recommendation reports.
• Support the creation of strategic partnerships and joint‑venture arrangements.
• Assist in monitoring the performance of existing real‑estate assets.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

Required profile

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research and communication abilities.
• Interest in real‑estate investment and public‑sector development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
