French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. As the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, you will deliver friendly, solution‑focused support via phone and live chat, helping to build trust and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

Required skills
