Communication Intern

About the role

The Communications Unit at UNDP Rwanda is looking for a motivated Communication Intern to support its visibility and outreach efforts. This internship offers hands‑on experience in strategic communications within an international development context.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies for UNDP Rwanda.
• Manage digital and social media platforms, including content creation and posting.
• Produce knowledge and advocacy products that showcase UNDP’s impact.
• Coordinate media engagement and support high‑level events.
• Contribute to resource mobilisation and partnership‑building activities by preparing impact stories.
