Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. Working remotely, you will craft compelling stories, produce multimedia content, and engage our online community across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar that aligns with brand objectives.
• Film, edit, and publish high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture community interaction.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trending audio, and viral formats to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a proven ability to tell engaging stories.
• Self‑sufficient home office: reliable high‑speed internet and an alternative power source (inverter, generator or solar).
• High‑performance laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a quality camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
• Graphic‑design capability using Canva.
