About the role
The Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers. This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business agreements with clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely product delivery.
- Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Support the execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
