About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers. This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business agreements with clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely product delivery.
  • Manage customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Support the execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
