MEP Warehouse Supervisor (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our MEP warehouse in Rwanda. You will be responsible for coordinating inventory processes, overseeing material flow, and ensuring that all goods are stored and dispatched efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control warehouse activities, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Coordinate inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Prepare material requisitions and allocate space for incoming goods.
• Ensure quality control of unloaded materials and maintain accurate records.
• Supervise and schedule the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels using SAP and other warehouse management tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th grade education or equivalent technical training (preferred).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong customer orientation and reliability.
• Excellent planning, organization, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using SAP for inventory management.
