HR Social Control & Reporting Specialist

About the role

The HR Social Control & Reporting Specialist ensures the quality, reliability and consistency of HR data across the Group’s systems. The role consolidates workforce information, creates reports and dashboards, and monitors billing processes for employee benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain HR data quality and governance across multiple systems (A 'Community, Enablon, SESAME).
• Define data standards with local HR teams and perform regular reliability checks.
• Centralise and consolidate HR and workforce data from all Group entities.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual social/workforce reports and analyse key HR indicators.
• Design, develop and maintain standard and ad‑hoc HR reports and dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Validate and reconcile billing processes for healthcare, insurance and pension plans.
• Identify discrepancies, analyse root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and automation of reporting tools and processes.
• Collaborate with local HR, Finance and external providers, providing training on reporting tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR data quality, consolidation and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR metrics.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external providers.
