Finance & Procurement Internship

About the role

Join One&Only Gorilla’s Nest for a hands‑on Finance & Procurement Internship in a luxury resort setting. You will gain practical exposure to financial operations, purchasing processes, and cost‑control activities while supporting daily business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with invoice verification, documentation, and accounts payable filing.
• Support daily income checks, basic reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
• Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and manage supplier documentation.
• Conduct price comparisons, quotation analysis, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Collaborate with stores to track stock movements, monitor consumption, and participate in inventory counts.
• Gain exposure to Rwanda taxation processes, including EBM invoice generation.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a finance, accounting, business, or related program.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data.
• Good organizational skills and willingness to learn hospitality‑specific processes.
