Recruitment Officer – Full Cycle Recruiter

About the role

The AGL Expertise Center in Kigali is seeking a Recruitment Officer to manage the full recruitment cycle for Africa Global Logistics entities. You will ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience while supporting large‑scale hiring initiatives with international exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recruitment activities from application management to selection support in line with validated job requirements.
• Screen CVs using predefined criteria and produce clear, structured screening summaries.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls to assess motivation, skill alignment, availability and mobility, documenting outcomes in the ATS.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, provide timely follow‑up, and communicate professionally throughout the process.
• Support end‑to‑end recruitment execution, including interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination and process tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy, contribute to reliable recruitment reporting and consistently apply recruitment processes.
• Deliver practical recruitment workshops and ATS training to strengthen recruiter capabilities across the AGL Expertise Center.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition support.
• Comfortable working in an international, multi‑country environment and applying defined processes and standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for data entry, status updates and reporting.
