Finance Analyst – Office of the CFO (Fixed-Term)

About the role

One Acre Fund is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Office of the CFO on a fixed‑term basis. The role will help drive strategic initiatives, translate complex data into actionable insights, and support finance division operations across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and deliver Finance Division communications, including decision announcements and priority rollouts.
• Maintain the division’s communications calendar and coordinate inputs with department leads.
• Prepare presentation decks, briefing notes, data summaries and other materials for senior leadership.
• Coordinate the Finance Division’s governance calendar, support agenda development, meeting logistics and follow‑up on decisions.
• Monitor progress against divisional priorities and OKRs, tracking risks and dependencies.
• Own and execute clearly defined projects, aligning stakeholders and addressing blockers.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, data synthesis and financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop structured outputs such as summaries, frameworks, financial models and scenario analyses.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating governance processes and managing project timelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across finance teams.
