Digital Project Manager

About the role

Worldvision is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead the VFR digital strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive digital innovation, ensure successful roll‑outs, and translate digitisation into real benefits for the organisation and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the VFR digital strategy roadmap in partnership with the senior leadership team.
• Identify, propose and implement digital improvements and innovations.
• Plan, organise, monitor and control project deliverables, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines and budgets.
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, project plans (SmartSheets), contracts, SOPs and training manuals.
• Lead change management activities, preparing staff for digital adoption and delivering training.
• Manage go‑to‑market strategy and oversee the rollout of digital solutions across VFR and to customers.
• Report project status weekly to the CEO, COO/HOIT and Regional Project Manager.
• Track project risks, expenditures, KPIs and post‑implementation performance.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Strong experience in managing digital projects from conception to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills to convey the urgency and benefits of digital transformation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to the organisation’s Christian values and participation in spiritual activities.
