Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our customer support team remotely. You will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
