Program Coordinator – Nutrition and WASH

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead Health, Nutrition, and WASH initiatives in the Tunga area. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring projects to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable children and families.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement Health, Nutrition, and WASH projects in line with national strategies.
• Coordinate partner activities, provide technical assistance, and ensure quality implementation.
• Facilitate advocacy initiatives and promote community ownership of interventions.
• Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation systems, produce regular reports, and document best practices.
• Build and maintain networks with key stakeholders, partners, and local communities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in community development focusing on nutrition, health, or WASH with an international NGO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Environmental Health, or Social Sciences; postgraduate education is a plus.
• Experience in monitoring, evaluation, and working with community‑based organisations.
• Commitment to World Vision’s Christian values and ability to work in a diverse environment.
