Procurement Manager (PT)

About the role

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities on construction sites, ensuring effective negotiation, award decisions, and compliance with technical specifications for services and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all site‑related procurement processes, from request to delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and make award decisions for services and materials.
• Analyze and interpret technical specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to align procurement with construction schedules.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Support mobility and travel as required by project locations.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar procurement roles, preferably in a multinational or international environment.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• High level of rigor, reliability, and effective communication.
• Willingness to travel and work on various sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
