Procurement Manager (m/f)

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead on‑site procurement activities, ensuring that all purchases of services and materials meet the project’s technical specifications and budgetary constraints. This role requires close collaboration with engineering and project teams to understand needs and drive efficient sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for on‑site activities, including supplier selection, negotiation and award decisions.
• Analyse technical specifications and requisitions to determine appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement actions with project timelines.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in SAP and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that arise during delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or related roles, preferably within a multinational or international environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
