Power Platform Administrator

About the role

Africa Global Logistics Rwanda Limited, based in Kigali, Rwanda, is hiring a Power Platform Administrator (M/F) for its Digital & Innovation Department at the AGL Expertise Center. You will supervise and support makers and business teams daily, keep the platform healthy and secure, and work with the architecture and security teams and with the parent company MSC on the Power Platform ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new makers and teams on best practices, standards and security requirements, review their apps, flows, agents and portals against governance standards, assess capacity and consumption impact, and set up new environments with Teams, security roles, security groups and DLP.
• Configure, deploy and maintain the Center of Excellence toolkit and its modules, keep governance rules and automations up to date, and use inventory and telemetry to act on inactive or non-compliant apps, flows and agents.
• Monitor activity across environments, track AI Builder, Copilot Studio and Power Pages consumption, set alerts at thresholds, and log initiatives in Global Cockpit.
• Meet with MSC teams to handle user requests and issues, run security assessments of Power Pages portals, Power Automate flows, apps and agents, and support remediation.
• Work with the architecture team on solution design, technology validation, hybrid architecture and Azure integration (e.g. VNET injection).

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Power Platform administration, Dynamics 365 administration, Microsoft 365 administration or a similar platform governance role.
• Proven experience administering Power Platform environments in a large or multi-entity organization, with exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Experience supporting makers and business teams and working with security, architecture or central IT teams.
• Experience in an international or multi-site environment is strongly valued; equivalent profiles with strong Dynamics 365 experience are encouraged.

Required skills

• Power Platform administration, environment management, access control and governance at scale.
• Advanced understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Center of Excellence capabilities: inventory, telemetry, governance dashboards, maker nurturing and lifecycle monitoring.
• Security concepts: security roles, security groups, DLP policies, ownership rules and compliance controls.
• Monitoring capacity consumption and triggering corrective actions.
