Partnership and Outreach Intern

About the role

The UN Women Rwanda Country Office is seeking a Partnership and Outreach Intern to support its communication team. The intern will help implement the office’s partnership, communication and visibility plan and contribute to the annual work plan focused on gender equality and women’s empowerment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide partnership, visibility and advocacy support for UN Women Rwanda initiatives.
• Assist in producing and disseminating knowledge products such as reports, briefs and advocacy materials.
• Support knowledge management and strategic storytelling to enhance the office’s visibility.
• Help coordinate South‑South cooperation and cross‑country learning activities.
• Contribute to the implementation of the country office’s communication and outreach activities.

• Interest in gender equality, women’s empowerment and international development.
• Enthusiasm for partnership building and advocacy work.
