French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this fully remote position you will interact with customers via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and resolve inquiries.
• Log every interaction in the ticketing system and maintain high data quality.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
